One player nutmegs another in the Chelsea-Everton game.

Commentator says "everyone at home shouts 'Megs'".

Well, I fucking didn't, and I've never heard anyone shout it, not in games I've played in, or amongst fellow spectators.

Is this an upper class dimwit thing?

Well, I was dragged up in the bit of Essex that became London when they invented the GLC, and have played at the lowest possible level in Manchester, several places in Yorkshire and Birmingham.

Players like doing it to you, oddly, even if they knock it too far ahead and falls to one of your teammates, but I've never heard anyone shout it out.
